Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your Retro Club gear. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Must be returned in original packaging (where possible)

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Reach out to us at hello@retroclub.com.au and we’ll help you sort it out.

Items not eligible for return:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Socks and worn headwear (due to hygiene)
